Are any of your homes available for Prom Rentals?
Unfortunately, our homes are not available for Prom Rentals.
What are the check in and check out times?
Our standard check in is anytime after 3pm and standard check out is by 12 pm. Options for early check in or late check out are available
Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is stocked with basic kitchen supplies, ie: utensils, flatware, glasses, pots and pans. If you have a specialty cooking item you should bring it.

What type of wireless internet is used in the homes?
All the houses have high speed internet.

Will I need a special adapter or password for my laptop to use the wireless internet?
All homes that have high speed wireless internet and a password is provided in a welcome letter prior to check-in.

What bed linens and bath towels do we need?
We supply pillows, comforters and a mattress pads, pillow cases, and all sheets. We also provide all bath towels and bath mat.

Do I need to bring toilet paper?
There are always a few rolls of toilet paper in the house in each bathroom and usually standard roll of paper towels is provided.
Is there a BBQ grill and is propane provided?
Every house includes at least a four-six burner BBQ grill and there will always be a full propane tank provided. You are responsible for any refills.
Please do not use charcoal on the gas grill as that will damage the BBQ grill and result in a lose of your deposit.

Do the houses have a laundry machine?
All the homes come equipped with GE washer and dryer.

Do the houses have cable?
All the houses have HD cable and a full package of channels for your entertainment.
Do the houses have a DVD Player?
All the houses have a dvd player and usually a few movies for you to watch, but please bring your own movies that you enjoy.

Do the houses have air conditioning?
All of our homes have air conditioning.
When do I receive the keys and alarm code to the house?
You will receive a Welcome Letter at least 48-72 hours before your arrival that will include your access code and alarm. All of the houses are automated and a numeric code is all that is required to open the door and disarm the alarm system.

When do I receive my security deposit back?
Our goal is to return your security deposit in full as soon as you check out and our staff verifies that there was no damage to the property, but it sometimes takes about 3 days to process the refund to a credit card or bank payment.
